Graceful Serenity Yoga

Hi, I'm Kristen!
I am originally from Northern Kentucky, but now live right on the Ohio River right outside of Maysville, KY. I am a former competitive gymnast and I have over 10 years coaching experience. I graduated from Yoga Teacher Training in 2019 from Elemental Om in Cincinnati where I went on to work in the Recovery Yoga Community. I moved to Ripley in 2020 where I found a new Yoga home teaching classes at BURN  Personal Training in Maysville, KY. I have hosted many retreats, sound, healing sessions, workshops, and Other fun adventures! Yoga has helped me overcome many physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual obstacles in my life and I am so grateful to be able to share this with others!
